My Resplendent Bride has had a tough couple of days.
My Resplendent Bride’s parents came up from St. Louis for Danielle’s transplant and stuck around like macchiato whip on a hipster’s face forest.
Yesterday my Resplendent Bride received her bone marrow transplant.
Today at 2:30, Lord willing, medical professionals shall unfreeze bone marrow some selfless young fellow gave to a stranger. These cells shall be transplanted into my Resplendent Bride’s dying body, whereupon, Lord willing, they shall happily take up residence and flourish: bringing forth new life.
